1. Sign into your Yahoo Mail Account for Create a new Yahoo Account
2. Go to the Contacts and Import all your Facebook contacts into Yahoo contacts, wait for few minutes to import Facebook contacts on Yahoo account.
Now your Facebook contacts are in your Yahoo Account.
3. After that login into your Google+ account and goto your Circle page.
4. Next click Find and Invite
5. Then import the contacts from your yahoo account.
Now drag everyone into the appropriate circles.
