Recently Facebook enabled the images in Facebook chat. By this you can send the user profile picture on chat, the user may or may not be in your friends list but you need have the user id or username of that user. Let see how it would be.
- After log in to your Facebook Account
- Visit the profile of the user which you want to send it on chat
- Then copy the Username or User Id from the address bar
- Now in chat box enter the username or user id in between the [[Username here]] or [[user id]]
